Folio

Folio is a neo-grotesque sans-serif typeface designed by Konrad Bauer and Walter Baum. It was released in 1957 for the Bauer Type Foundry, the same year that Helvetica and Univers were released. Although all three of these neo-grotesques were based off Akzidenz Grotesk, Folio tends to follow the design the most closely with its smaller x-height. Folio never quite gained the popularity that Helvetica and Univers did. I hardly ever encounter it used on the web, so it might make a more unique choice if you are looking for a neo-grotesque.
