MVB Solano Gothic

MVB Solano Gothic is a condensed geometric sans-serif typeface designed by Mark van Bronkhorst and released through MVB Fonts in 2007. This style of typeface with monolinear strokes and nearly flat sides is known as gaspipe and was popular in early twentieth century poster design. MVB Solano Gothic includes “retro” alternate styles such as the uppercase N that is shaped more like a tall lowercase n and round-topped A. These styles help to evoke a vintage and nostalgic feeling.
