Valter is a sans-serif typeface designed by Nikola Djurek and released through Typotheque in 2014. The stroke contrast increases as the weights get heavier, with only the interiors of the letterforms gaining weight. This causes the lighter weights to appear wider and the heavier weights to appear more regularly proportioned. The family is available in eight weights with matching italics.
