Basetica is a sans-serif typeface designed by Matthieu Cortat in 2013. It was commissioned for the Open Switzerland project and released as a free font in a single style. Later it was published through 205TF and expanded to six weights with matching italics. The designer has described it as an ironic take on the International Swiss Style.
