IBM Plex Sans

IBM Plex Sans is an open-source sans-serif typeface designed by IBM Executive Creative Director Mike Abbink in collaboration with Dutch type foundry Bold Monday. The design was inspired by American gothics like Franklin Gothic and Trade Gothic but with adjustments that make it more legible for user interface design such as a seriffed uppercase I and a lowercase l with a tail. The family is available in seven weights with matching italics, as well as condensed, serif and monospaced versions.
